ORDER RAIN GUTTER CLEANING SERVICE

Our service procedure is simple and hassle free for you! You do not need to be home for service (we do not schedule appointments).

We should be able to complete service within a week to ten days, weather permitting.

We leave a door hanger at the door to confirm completion of service (unless you request us not to leave one), and email your invoice.

Using the form below, pick the price that best describes your home. Do not worry if you get it wrong. When we arrive at your home for service, if the price is not correct, then we simply provide a free no obligation estimate. We will not complete the service until we receive approval for the new price.

*Please note that we do not service homes with solar panels on the roof, and we do not service homes with gutter covers on the gutters except for standard gutter screen style gutter guards.

Determine Your Price

Previously serviced - Same price as the last time Maple Leaf serviced this home. (If we need to increase the price, we will contact you for approval before scheduling service).

$120 - Townhome.

$180 - Townhome that is 3 stories above ground in the front or has a Cedar Shake, Slate, or Clay Tile roof.

$165 - Single Family Home under 3000 square feet.

$235 - Single Family Home over 3000 square feet.

$275 - Single Family Home under 3000 square feet, with a Cedar Shake, Slate, or Clay Tile roof.

$395 - Single Family home over 3000 square feet, with a Cedar Shake, Slate, or Clay Tile roof.
